As Vice President, Asset Allocation, David leads TCC’s strategic and tactical asset allocation team. He is a member of TCC’s Investment Committee (IC), as well as the External Managers Investment Committee (EMIC). He brings nearly 20 years of investment experience having covered asset-liability management for pension funds, the establishment of investment policies, risk budget framework and quantitative research.

Prior to joining TCC in 2010, David worked at a large consulting firm, providing actuarial consulting services to institutional clients. In addition to being an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a CFA charterholder, David holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Université de Montréal.
