Karin Sullivan, CFA

Vice President, Fixed Income

As Vice President, Fixed Income, Karin is responsible for all fixed income investment activities. She is also responsible for building and managing the corporate credit portfolios, and for trading corporate credit, including cash securities and credit derivatives. Karin brings more than 20 years of experience in the institutional fixed income market and deep knowledge of Canadian corporate bonds. She chairs the Fixed Income Investment Committee (FIIC) and is a member of TCC’s Investment Committee (IC) and Sustainable Investing Committee (SIC).

Prior to joining TCC in 2018, Karin worked at an asset management firm, where she co-led the firm’s corporate bond strategy and managed the portfolios of insurance clients within asset/liability and regulatory capital conscious frameworks. In addition to being a CFA charterholder, Karin holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Bishop’s University. She is also involved with various industry advisory groups and committees, as with the Canadian Bond Investors’ Association (CBIA).
