Maria Kuchel, B.C.L. & L.L.B.
As Vice President Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary, Maria oversees all of TCC’s legal matters.
A member of the Bar of Québec since 1987, she brings over 30 years of experience and strong knowledge of corporate, securities, governance, pensions and benefits law matters, as well as investment products. Prior to joining TCC in 2019, she held several senior legal positions with reputed organizations in the corporate and financial industries. Throughout her career, she also sat on various professional and community associations and Board of Directors.
She holds civil and common law degrees from McGill University and a B.A. from Concordia University.
