As President, Vincent heads the Executive Committee responsible for managing all of TCC’s operations. As Chief Investment Officer, he also chairs the Investment Committee (IC), which oversees portfolio management, develops various investment strategies, and ensures effective risk management.

Before joining the team in 2009, Vincent worked for a large firm providing actuarial and investment consulting services to institutional clients. He has over 25 years of experience in portfolio management, pension plan management, risk management, and asset-liability modeling.

Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Laval University. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
