As Vice President, Portfolio Construction & Risk, Vincent is responsible for managing risk and overseeing the portfolio construction process for TCC’s investment strategies. A longstanding member of the Investment Committee (IC), he also acts as a structured/synthetic credit and liability-driven investment (LDI) specialist for the firm.

Prior to joining the team in 2011, Vincent worked at a large consulting firm, providing actuarial and investment consulting services to institutional clients. He brings over 25 years of experience in the asset/liability management of pension plans, including portfolio management, risk management, monitoring of active risk and liquidity risk, risk budgeting and the establishment of funding and investment policies.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Science from Laval University. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a CFA charterholder.
