As Vice President, Portfolio Construction & Risk, Vincent is responsible for managing risk and overseeing the portfolio construction process for TCC’s investment strategies. A longstanding member of TCC’s Investment Committee (IC), as well as the Fixed Income Investment Committee (FIIC) and the Absolute Return Investment Committee (ARIC), he also acts as a structured/synthetic credit and liability-driven investment (LDI) specialist for the firm.

Prior to joining the team in 2011, Vincent worked at a large consulting firm, providing actuarial and investment consulting services to institutional clients. He brings over 25 years of experience in the asset/liability management of pension plans, including active risk management, monitoring of liquidity risk, and the establishment of investment policies. He also has expertise in managing risk budgets and funding policy design.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Science from Laval University. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a CFA charterholder.
